In the patch for this bug in v1.023 you accidentally messed up the name of the
lib so it doesn't match it:
$libwinpthread = find_dll("libwinpthreads*.$Config{so}");
should be:
$libwinpthread = find_dll("libwinpthread*.$Config{so}");
