--tempcache

Hi all,

(sorry: I'm not familiar with Microsoft security guidelines)

I read there are security policies that recommend disallow the execution
from folders like App Data, Local App Data, etc.
In fact, the place where PAR uncompress and saves the cache.
With --tempcache the user is able to change the name. Is it possible to set
the full route?
