Yes. I know it's stupid, but the PAR::Packer code is a mess (mind you, I
didn't write it, I just keep it alive)  - small changes have unforeseen
consequences in other parts. The shared libs in the top level cache-XXX
directory are the ones actually used (since the custom perl interpreter is
run with LD_LIBRARY_PATH=.../cache-XXX), but there was a reason to unpack
another copy of the shared libs in inc/shlib/<arch> (its "original"
directory in the zip file)...
