No.
In case you're wondering in which directories "--link foo" (where "foo" is
just a name, not a path) searches for "foo.dll" - it's
for Windows: File::Spec::path() plus "."
for *nix: $Config{libpth} (split on whitespace) plus $ENV{
$Config{ldlibpthname} } (split on $Config{path_sep})
