You have found a bug. I simply cannot provoke this error. If there are too few filehandles, I will get: parallel: Warning: Only enough file handles to run 252 jobs in parallel. How did you manage to trigger that error? Can you reproduce it? And if possible can you reproduce it on a linux system? /Ole
