Hi, I met the hdr format a while ago. It was with the MRIcro software. The hdr file goes together with an .ima file, that have the same roles than in .mha / .raw file couples. hdr = header = mha or mhd ima = data = raw
What I cannot remember is the read mode of a hdr file. Binary or ascii ? If this is ascii, you should translate it easily in mha style. 'hope this helps Jerome 2009/3/19 Zhanping Liu <zhanping....@kitware.com> > I am not sure if HDR here refers to High Dynamic Range.
