Another comment about make HTMLDocumentation. Following a recent
commit (due to an issue Eric raised on the mailing list a few days
ago), people should forget about this target :). Instead, turn
GENERATE_FILTERS_DOCUMENTATION to ON and rest assured that the filters
documentation will get included.
