Change the macro call to follows: ADD_PARAVIEW_PLUGIN(vtkLFMReader "1.0" SERVER_MANAGER_XML vtkLFMReader.xml SERVER_MANAGER_SOURCES vtkLFMReader.cxx SOURCES LFMReader.cxx GUI_RESOURCE_FILES vtkLFMGUI.xml)
Any source files specified in SERVER_MANAGER_SOURCES will be wrapped, so ParaView was trying to wrap LFMReader.
