You should be able to use the super build, but you need to switch to the release branch of ParaViewWeb is you are using a ParaView released version such as 3.14. In either case, you need to switch to the release branch if you want to use a ParaView release version and not the git master one.
The ParaViewWeb/master is based on ParaView/master which integrate the API changes that VTK is bringing.
