Thanks for response, David. Right, I did not notice advanced button.
By the way, ParaView's pdf manual still comes with old versions screen shots. For instance, in this case figure on pages 67 describes Display properties. That would be nice (er) if Kitware updates user manual to be consistent with recent changes.
