The issue also happens to me. Running paraview with gdb gives a segfault when trying to apply the annotate global data filter : Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. 0x0000000113d8aa4e in PyArray_Item_INCREF () from /Applications/paraview.app/Contents/Python/numpy/core/multiarray.so
