I think this may have to be a separate filter since there's quite a bit involved in order to do this properly. The closest I can think of for doing this is using the Mesh Quality filter and assuming that the shortest length of a cell is in the normal direction for cells on the boundary of CFD meshes. Additionally, I don't know if the Mesh Quality filter works for prisms either.
