Hi, I have two 3D image that I would like to compare to see if they are "the same." I thought it would be illustrative to overlay the two volumes in different colors with some opacity.
This presents some difficulty. In my mind I would be able to have 2 volumes overlayed, full control of the color map of each volume, and be able to control rotation and translation of each volume individually. If that's not possible directly in the GUI, maybe it's possible through the python console? Best, Chris
