I think what you want is "Analglyph", however I noticed that it's not
exposed in the Save Screenshot dialog. What you can do is this:

1. Start ParaView with  as
   ./bin/paraview --stereo --stereo-type=Anaglyph

2. Then when you choose "Save Screenshot" don't change the "Stereo Type".
