So, i change it like ... for (int i = 0; i < *nscript; i++) { vtkSmartPointer<vtkCPPythonScriptPipeline> pipeline = vtkSmartPointer<vtkCPPythonScriptPipeline>::New(); pipeline->Initialize(pythonScriptNames[i]); g_coprocessor->AddPipeline(pipeline); } ... and now it works without any problem.
