DOES THE MILLENIUM REALLY START JANUARY 1ST, 2000?
Actually, no. While 2000 is generally considered the Millennium year,
the new Millennium, according to the United States Naval Observatory
(the nation's official time keeper), doesn't technically start until
January 1, 2001. And you thought Millennium madness was almost over!

NOW WHAT DID I SAY LAST MILLENIUM?
Ever forget what you said in an e-mail? You can save previously sent
e-mail by checking the box "Save copy in Sent Mail Folder" right above
the message window. When you want to read the saved mail, simply click
on your "Sent Mail" Folder in the navigation bar to the left side of
your screen.

READER'S POLL: MILLENIUM MADNESS.
WANT MORE? OR WANT IT TO GO AWAY?
Because the new Millenium doesn't technically start until January 1,
2001, Millennium madness won't technically end for another year. Are
you looking forward to more Millennium Madness or have you had enough?

If you want Millenium Madness for another year, e-mail us at

If you've had enough Millenium Madness, e-mail us at

WRITER'S BLOCK
Start the Millennium off right by punctuating your dates properly when
used in text. You have two options. If you use the sequence month-day-
year, then the year is set off by commas. Example: On January 1, 2000,
the Millennium year begins. An equally correct approach is to use the
sequence day-month-year without the commas. Example: On 1 January
2000 the Millennium year begins.

E-TIQUETTE
BTW (by the way), LOL (laughing out loud) and RSN (real soon now) are
all common Internet abbreviations, sometimes called Internet jargon.
It's okay to pepper your e-mail with them when writing to seasoned
users of newsgroups and chat rooms. However, they should used
sparingly when e-mailing those less internet savvy. IMHO. (In my
humble opinion.)

THE MAIL BAG
