The migration is complete, you can carry on as usual. Your username and password for committing is your Trac username and password, which may be different than the username/password you used on the old server.
The Trac web browser for revision history is still catching up with our repository (it was up to 4 years ago, last I looked). If you aren't already subscribed, you can subscribe to the new mailing list for revision reports at: http://lists.parrot.org/mailman/listinfo/parrot-commits (The commit hooks for messages aren't turned on yet, will be soon.)
