I corrected some of the codingstd and distro errors in subsequent
commits, but did not have a chance to fix all of them, including two
which occur in other cores. So there's a lot of cleanup still to be
done before we can merge.
On a different Linux/i386 box, at an earlier revision (not sure which),
when I tried 'make fulltest' the test suite was hanging indefinitely at
t/pmc/filehandle.t in 'make testb'. I will try an 'svn up' on that box
and re-test.
