So, configuring as I have always done on my Darwin/PPC machine, I got
these times:
make: 10:48
t/compilers/opsc/*.t: 5:45
make test: 15:08 wallclock
This is only 1 sample, but it does appear to be a little bit better than
my manually set 16M setting.
