When: October 21-23, 2011 Where: Google Headquarters, Mountain View, California Google pays for food, lodging and travel, but attendees have to book their own plane tickets and then Google reimburses within a month or so of that. This means, the earlier we figure this out, the less people will need to be reimbursed.
