Normalize the way we handle a generated-and-distributed file, parted.spec.
* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add parted.spec.
(parted.spec): New rule.
(MAINTAINERCLEANFILES): Add parted.spec.
* configure.ac (AC_OUTPUT): Remove parted.spec from the list.
