Excellent, thank you. I have applied this by hand.
Note: I intentionally don't use a gpg agent, and I notice with "pass
generate --edit" I get prompted for the passphrase twice - once after
the generation has displayed the new password before entering the
editor, and once after the editor. But I can live with this.
The other thing is that when --edit is specified I think it's not
necessary to display the newly-generated password to stdout: but as long
as you remember to clear your scrollback buffer afterwards, that's OK too.
