Husband's Delight
"A Taste of Heaven", Author: Rials Creek United Methodist Church
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 (8-oz.) pkg. small noodles
5 scallions, chopped
1 (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated cheese
Brown beef; add seasonings and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Cook
noodles according to package directions. Drain. Mix scallions, cream cheese and
sour cream. Make layer of noodles, meat sauce and sour cream mixture in greased
casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
