Add linux-4.16.6-gcc-8-1.patch.
But linux-4.16.7 is released now.
I assume the patch will still apply. Chasing moving targets like
stable kernel releases is rarely fun. But I'm surprised that
anything in the kernel needed fixing - from my idle reading of lkml
I've seen various patches for gcc-8 issues being supplied.
And I'm glad DJ is looking at this (but I guess BLFS will be much
more of a problem, from a quick look at the Release Notes re g++).
This is probably the wrong list, but I am planning to do a complete
LFS/BLFS build, but will not be able to start until after May 8.
