With the current parsemail.py, the default value for the verbosity
argument does not exist in the VERBOSITY_LEVELS dict, so we get:

logging.basicConfig(level=VERBOSITY_LEVELS[args['verbosity']])
KeyError: 20
This change uses an actual key instead.
