Hey Stian, Thanks for reaching out as I can see how that is confusing. That repo had spun up prior to an official decisions on a JS framework for PF4.
Moving forward with PF4, PatternFly-React will be the primary implementation given its popularity amongst the PatternFly community as well as what's being observed in the broader industry [1]. Taking a more focused approach will better allow us to ensure quality design and development, as well as community support. That said, I would like to stress that we will continue to manage and maintain our current PF3 Angular repos (Angular-PF and PatternFly-ng).
