Summary
Under general supervision of the Senior Manager, manages daily activity of
customer service, technical service, warranty, and parts departments. Sets
departmental strategies and priorities, interfaces with high profile customers,

Qualifications
Education and Experience
2-3 years experience leading customer service teams in manufacturing or call

Budget and financial accountability experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent

contacts
In-depth knowledge of customer service field
Ability to originate and develop complex ideas in new, undefined areas
Skilled in planning others work in more than one department including
coordinating with other departments and/or outside organizations
