新加坡人力资源学院(SHRI)和中国国际技术智力合作公司(CIIC)获得授权在中国承办"2006亚太人力资源大会",本次大会的主题是"HR新价值:和谐、健康、创新"。预计将有来自全世界的250多位总经理、董事、高级经理以及人力资源专业人士出席此次大会。
 

      
此次大会也将为与会代表提供一个与专业机构和服务供应商相互交流商业理念和解决方案的机会,通过与大会配套的专业展览,深入了解一系列最新的人力资源产品、服务和技术。
      The Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (APFHRM) holds 
the Asia Pacific HR Congress to enable HR professionals to build a regional 
community of peers. HR professionals use this as an invaluable platform to 
network with one another, share experiences and discuss new developments and 
challenges in human resource management. 
      The Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) and China International 
Intellectech Corp. (CIIC) are proud to represent the APFHRM in organizing and 
hosting the 2006 Asia Pacific HR Congress((APHRC) in Shanghai.
      The theme of this first congress will be "New Value of HR: Harmony, 
Health, Innovation " and is expected to attract over 250 CEOs, Directors, 
Senior Managers and HR Practitioners from China, Asia Pacific and also from 
around the world. 
      Running concurrently with the congress is an exhibition opened to the 
conference delegates. The exhibition will feature an in-depth offering of

      本次大会的大师讲坛荣幸地邀请到了国际知名管理学大师、团队角色之父Meredith 
Belbin博士,这也是Belbin博士首次访问中国,也是他在中国的第一次公开演讲。
      
演讲将以"新时代的管理"为题,通过评估团队协作在现代社会的重要性,对比团队协作与其它管理体系的异同,Belbin博士将从针对团队的团队角色以及针对工作的工作角色两个方面,向与会者详细分析并介绍团队组织管理方法。
 

      Dr. Meredith Belbin, world's renowned management guru and father of Team 
Role theory, is delivering a master session at the conference. This is his 
first visit to China and first public speech addressed to Chinese audience. 

      The topic of the presentation is "Management in a New Era" , the 
introduction would cover an assessment of the importance of teamwork in the 
modern world and how it compares with the alternative systems of management. 
The approach to team work would be analysed in terms of team roles for "teams" 
and work roles for "work".
