*Qualifications *** Strong hands on development experience working with C# and .Net. · Strong understanding of the investment process, research workflows, equity and derivative securities, and market data services. · Microsoft Office Application expertise, in particular with Excel and the creation/maintenance of Excel VBA macros is a plus · Strong SQL skills and prior experience with Oracle/SQL Server tools. · Strong, hands-on knowledge of Sharepoint is a plus · Prior experience with Java/Unix solutions a strong plus · 3+ years experience directly supporting investment professionals. · 7+ years of professional experience · Excellent verbal and written communications skills · Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast paced team environment · Ability to work independently and own projects from beginning to end · Ability to manage multiple priorities, project plans and milestones effectively. · Bachelor's degree required *Keys to the Job:*** 1. This position is 60% Development and 40% Systems Analysis. 2. Technical Requirement: .NET, C#, Excel and Excel VBA are required. Oracle and/or SQL Server database knowledge is a plus. 3. Domain Knowledge Requirement: Must have a strong understanding of the Investment Process, Financial Statement Analysis, including knowledge of Equities, Derivatives and Market Data (i.e. FactSet, Bloomberg, etc.). CFA is a plus. 4. Strong Client Interfacing skills are required. This individual will be working directly with Investors. 5.
