Experience in designing & developing J2EE applications 2. Strong knowledge in JSR 168 and JSR 286 based portlets in IBM WebSphere portal environment 3. Experience in developing, testing, debugging, deploying and configuring portlets in WPS 6.1 4. Experience in designing portal solutions 5. Experience in using IBM tools and IDE such as RAD/ RSA 6. Experience in building & deploying EJBs 7. Strong knowledge in various web frameworks such as Struts 8. Experience in working with databases such as Oracle, IBM UDB etc. *Other Preferred Skills*** 1.
