Position : Solution Architect (.Net)** Location : Omaha, NE** Duration : 2+ Months** Interview : Phone Hire** * * Requirements :** * * Summary :** The Solution Architect’s primary responsibility will be the analysis, design, development and deployment for application solutions. This position requires knowledge of .NET, SharePoint architecture, integrating third-party systems and SAP. It also requires a working knowledge of related technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, IIS and Active Directory and web services. Responsibilities :** · Analyze and assist in design of application solutions, including integrating with an ERP and custom applications. · Continue to develop Microsoft patterns and standards for both custom .NET and SharePoint solutions. · Define and maintain the technical roadmap for Microsoft application solutions. · Understand and help refine development requirements and solution based on needs, which might span multiple systems and technologies. · Architect custom.NET and SharePoint solutions while leveraging existing SOA services and assisting to define new SOA services and patterns, adhering to custom code standards, including the use of features and WSP deployment packages. · Communicate use of patterns and standards. · Leverage TFS for adherence to EA patterns and standards. · Setup and configure SharePoint environments used for development. · Understand SSO concepts and be able to apply those to integrate with a SOA infrastructure. Qualifications :** · Three (3)+ years .NET (WCF, WCF Data Services) and web (HTML, DHTML, CSS, etc.) development experience. · Two (2)+ years SharePoint experience. · One (1)+ year TFS experience. · Proven experience architecting and optimizing large .NET enterprise applications. · Ability to architect a technical solution including detailed written/visual documentation with strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Technical skills required to customize the branding of SharePoint. · Basic level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008, IIS and Active Directory. · Basic understanding of SharePoint Workflows and InfoPath.
