*Position : .Net Developer* *Location : Encino, CA* *Duration : 6+ Months * *Interview : Phone & Face-To-Face* *Requirements :* · Qualified candidates will have hands on experience developing and managing N-Tier solutions handling high volume processing. · *Candidates should have 5 or more years of middle tier and back end development experience and understand why certain technologies were used in different situations.* · *Tech stack is jQuery/Javascript/WCF on front-end, C# middle tier, and a MySQL backend * Candidates absolutely don't need to have MySQL but then need good back end experience. Ideal candidate will have worked for both big and small companies and will be comfortable working in an environment with very little structure. *Ideal balance is 10-20% work on front-end (asp.net <http://asp.net>), 60-70% on middle tier (C#) and 20-30% on database work.* People who are very prideful and have big ego's will not work at all here.
