*Position : Oracle DBA* *Location : Hopkins, MN* *Duration : 18+ Months* *Interview : Phone Hire* *Requirements :* We are looking for a candidate with a strong experience and solid Experience regarding *database tuning and performance*, not only limited to database configuration but also including application queries and server processes that could ultimately affect the performance of the database solution. The reason why we are looking for such capacity is because the DBA will be busy 80% of his/her time troubleshooting and fixing performance issues, and/or directing the approach to address the issues. The remaining capacity would be devoted to other internal activities like proactive optimization and improvements, performance root cause analysis, performance knowledge sharing, tuning advisor, etc. All the questions in the interview will be Tuning and Performance oriented.
