The resource will be responsible for supporting and expanding the agency's portal, and its associated applications, built on the .NET 4.0 framework. The resource will be assigned to bug fixes as needed, implementing new features, and optimizing existing code. The resource may be invoved with migrating the source code to .NET 4.5.1.
