*GENERAL INFORMATION:* *MUST Have skill: Oracle Functional HRMS/OAB * *Job Level: Senior* *Role: SME * *Designation: Oracle Functional HRMS/OAB SME Consultant* *Location: Leesburg, VA* *Length: 2 months on probation and continued with 1 year project * *Start: ASAP Interview mode: Phone Only* *Interview rounds: 2 Telephonic Rounds* *Rate: 70/HR + expenses on C2C* *Job Scope: * *Oracle HRMS - OAB Consultant needed to do a full assessment of the client's existing setup.* *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* - *Inter-plans dependencies (If HSA is selected then FSA should have some data –currently it doesn’t) – Further investigation required.* - *Using self service, the employee is not able to waive plans without a life event – Further investigation required.* - *The seeded extracts functionalities are not currently used in the proposed solution – Further investigation required.* - *Automating the unrestricted VRS program (Rules can be used to answer complex enrollment requirements) – In the current solution users have to assign them manually.* - *Impact of the salary customization on the OAB solution – Further investigation required.* - *Patch 21162146:R12.BEN.B (Forms 1094-C and 1095-C) should be used.* - *Employee makes changes, want the new enrollment to be suspended, with the existing coverage to be maintained. What they got was new enrollment suspended, new rates on payroll, and existing coverage cancelled.
