*Posting Title: Sr. PeopleSoft ERP Product Expert* *Location: Jackson Graham, WA* *Rate: Best Value- Commensurate with experience* *Visa: Open* *Total experience: Must be total of 10 years* *Exclusivity Agreement: Must be given by consultant* *Qualifications and resumes must adhere to minimum requirements below.* *Specific Position Requirements* Requires the services of a Senior PeopleSoft ERP Product Expert to assist with gathering, documenting, and analyzing business processes related to position management that are currently in use at the Authority. This contractor must have a minimum 10 years of PeopleSoft HCM experience with at least two years of recent experience providing functional production support for HCM version 9.1. Contractor should also have experience with HCM backend configuration and customizations. The contractor must be able to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing with staff and have experience facilitating meetings, developing requirements, documenting business processes, writing test scripts, employee communications, and job aides. The contractor must have experience with Visio and Microsoft Office software. Contractor must have experience working in the Transit Industry, and experience working in environments with multiple Collective Bargaining Agreements. *Specific Position Responsibilities * Contractor will perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to: researching and analyzing the current business process related to Position Control Number creation, tracking, and monitoring through a series of interviews, meetings, and sessions; obtaining an understanding of the current product configuration; identification of pain points within current processes; develop recommendations with pros and cons; inform and advise on process engineering; develop a roadmap for automation including a timeline and cost estimate for implementation of an agreed upon solution. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Visa Transfer OPT, CPT, PT, H1,H4" group.
