*GENERAL INFORMATION:* Priority: Super High Priority (Very Urgent) Job Role: Business Analyst with Insurance Domain Rate: *$40/hr on C2C or $40/hr on 1099 or $90K/year+benefits on W2* Total experience: Preferably 9 years Location: Jersey City, NJ Duration: *6 Months on contract and then fulltime hire by client* Duration: Very longterm Interviews: telephonic and then WebEx / Skype Level: Senior Visa: Open No h1 transfers possible with this client MUST have experience visible on the resume: *Insurance* *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Insurance domain project experience is mandatory here to handle day to day activities Requirement gathering and analysis for the critical business needs. Requirement documentation and tracking. Document High Level Application Design and Process. Participate and drive Business Design and documentation Application Interface and User Interface documentation System integration/multi-platform system integrations. Ability to conduct/Facilitate Joint Application Design. Provide recommendations for Business and Application processes (based on functionality and workflow etc). Improving quality in the deliverables and scope for business improvement. *REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:* Business design with Tech team and business team. ; BA+Insurance Development and QA efforts and provide feedback. Facilitate meetings with Key business stakeholders to review test cases based on business scenarios. Participate and help execution Manager to estimate project efforts. Ability to understand system and work closely with development team towards an ideal design/goal. Knowledge of process for tractability around Requirements to Dev and back.
