Interact with clients, technical team, management and other organizations to define project requirements and identify solutions consistent with defined terms, methodology, policy, and regulations. 2. Support the execution and continuous improvement 3. Provide technical and leadership guidance and direction to personnel to ensure proper, timely completion of work. 4. Monitor IT projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress, quality, managing issue resolution as necessary. 5. Analyze SLA performance and communicate project status to clients, management, and partners as appropriate. 6. Cultivate effective working relationships with partners and technical and management teams to maximize productivity and customer service delivery; Anticipate problems or situations that could affect the team. Assess the potential impact and develop and execute the best solution. Manage escalated situations as needed. 7. Provide leadership for the managed service continuous improvement program; Provide personnel with timely, constructive, and actionable feedback that increases individual and team effectiveness. 8. Strong business analysis skills and logical mindset; Excellent verbal & written communication skills; Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills; Self-motivated; ability to maintain excellence in service with minimum supervision. 9. PMP certification is a plus; Proven track record of driving major IT projects, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, setting timelines, holding people accountable and delivering projects on-time and on-budget; Project management experience in both business process and technology implementations. 10.
