I believe that MySQL Administrator tool ( http://dev.mysql.com/doc/administrator/en/index.html) that's part of the MySQL GUI Tools package will do part of what you're looking for. I know it has a replication status section but I don't believe it can connect to multiple servers at once in one window although it will allow for multiple instances to be running...
