This was covered in pretty good detail not too long ago on the list, which is archived just do a google search.
I'll add that for my 900HA - I just purchased an Atheros wifi card that does 802.11n which will replace my internal card, and a 2GB RAM module which will also replace the existing 1GB internal module. Each was about $29 w/ free shipping from Ebay.
