This is a long conversation.... With beer.
1. Set levels, have a easy system, a hard system and a very hard
system to get to.
2. Have apps. Web apps make the game fun.
3. Have a narrative. There should be a thread or a consistent story
for the CTF.
4. Have systems you cannot get into. You will be surprised.

I dont want to get too bogged down by what gear we need, rather that
we need to start having the meetings. I'm sure once we start meeting

By the way i loved the thread on defending a CTF a little while ago,
had some awesome content.
Is it me or does anyone else close their eyes and hold their breath
