We've blocked & set policies accordingly for Gotomypc & 
remotelyAnywhere/logmein in our infrastructure. House consel voiced concerns 
about proprietary information security. 

However, if I understand your email correctly your internal users are reaching 
out to other machines in a support capacity. We have this issue and overcome 
this by getting a bomgar B100 device which works exactly like gotomypc but is 
totally under our control. Of course one needs to provide a wan facing ip 
address with tcp 80 & 443 ports.
