>From experience, I can recommend WinSSHd if it needs to be on a Windows box and I recommend Plink instead of Putty. Additionally, if you're using Firefox, you'll want to make some modifications to force DNS proxying through SOCKS5. In about:config set the "network.proxy.socks_remote_dns" boolean value to True.
