It's a lot of dough. They do have sales sometimes. However, it really "just 
works". The interface gets out of your way and has many nice capabilities. 
Trying to use KeePass after using 1Password gives me hives.

Having something that really works well cross platform/device is easily worth 
that much money to me. Makes it much easier to have different strong passwords 
for each site, etc.

No, it's not open source, which is a problem.
