Same here. 41, dad etc.... I spend my 40 minutes commuting listening to podcast. I lunch break reading and following up on the notes in ever note. I twitter during the day and I email urls home to follow up on after dinner. It helps that the family is busy most weeknights. Fri–sun = analog stuff.
