Xaba its very difficult to really define our role in the conference the organising of which was an extension of the incumbent ancyl and the so called the progressive youth alliance. In actual fact the event is such a disaster that our involvement ideologically or strategically will not yield much results.
However, because I'm in Tshwane and the event is in the city I strategically forged my way into being granted the delegate status so as to strategically network with Afrikanists from neighbouring countries and with comrades from other states internationally in furtherance of our Pan Afrikanist historical mission of uniting Afrikans nationally, continentally and globally or in the diaspora. So officially that has been the role assumed by PAYCO in this world stage. Moreover our Galeshewe, Northern Cape resolutions and Youth Ministry guide our relationship with the NYDA and strategic deployments of Afrikanists in gatherings of this magnitude. Therefore without sounding academic about your pertinent question or concern, let me emphatically state that guided by ideology of the party and resolutions of the aforesaid congress resolution we are strategically involved in order to NETWORK with delegates.
