Perkenalan dulu, nama saya Budi Sutjahjo. Saya jarang nongol dimilis ini.
Setahu saya tidak ada satu kontraktor pun di Indonesia yang menangani
masalah ini. Pada tahun 94 -95, saya mempelajari soil remediation secara
tidak sengaja pada salah satu perusahaan khusus dalam bidang ini di Georgia
(USA), yang mempunyai patent peralatan di Amrik juga. Karena saya anggap
soil polution tidak pernah yang ada menangani, saya menyelenggarakan semacam
Loka Karya mengenai soil remediation di Pertamina dan kalangan Kimpraswil.
Saya beranggapan bahwa Pertamina adalah institusi yang paling potensial
mencemari tanah + air tanah. Tetapi kenyataannya mereka tidak menganggap
pencemaran tanah + air tanah sesuatu yang prioritas untuk ditangani.
Sebaliknya kalangan terbatas di Kimpraswil sangat concern. Mereka membangun
soil remediation package yang pernah diuji cobakan dan berhasil.
Saya kebetulan bekerja pada perusahaan Konsultan dibidang lingkungan, kami
juga punya laboratorium lingkungan. Salah satu rekan sekantor saya mempunyai
keahlian dibidang ini ( Thesis S3 di Amrik nya soil remediation). Kami juga
mempunyai kerjasama teknik dengan konsultan khusus mengenai ini di Amrik.
