Steve! If you open the M3U with Notepad or some other text editor you'll see that it's a list of titles and paths to MP3 files on your computer. It's a play list. It doesn't mean anything without those MP3s and the paths. Once you put the M3U and MP3s on another machine it probably wouldn't work because the paths would probably all change.
