If you read down the list of tracks in CDEX using your normal PC or
insertion cursor then you're going to end up highlighting the last track
only and ripping only that track.

The default for CDEX is to select all tracks for ripping so you literally
just need to put your disc in the drawer, start CDEX and when you hear it
start announcing the CD information, just hit F8 to rip to WAV or F9 to rip
to MP3.

You would only want to arrow down the list of tracks if you wished to rip a
selection of the tracks and not all of them.
