The XM PCR receiver is available from PC Connections. I think they have a website; I don't know what the url is. It is fully accessible with Window-Eyes; I'm not familiar with JAWS and am not a JAWS user, so can't tell you about the other screen reader. I have the pcr connected to one of the usb ports and also it has a stereo line jack which on its own does not give enough volume, so I have an old receiver connected to boost the volume when I record from XM onto the hard drive. The receiver is in turn connected to the computer's sound card. That's how I do it. I run Cdex 1.5 and always use the Record from Analog Input feature to grab anything I want this way.
